This Privacy Policy describes how Camua (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and products. By using Camua you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or log in.
- Workspace data — prospect lists, messages, and configuration you create inside the product.
- Usage data — logs, device and browser metadata, and product analytics needed to run and secure the service.
- Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use information
- Operate, secure, and improve the Camua product.
- Personalise your experience and provide customer support when you reach out.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts). Marketing emails are opt-in and include an unsubscribe link.
Data we do not use
We do not sell your data. We do not train foundation models on your private workspace content. Inference happens against third-party model providers under data-processing agreements, and prompts are not retained for model training.
Data retention
We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active. You can export or permanently delete your workspace at any time from Settings. After deletion, backups are purged within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and enforced through single sign-on and hardware security keys.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain uses. Write to us at privacy@camua.ai and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product banner at least 7 days before taking effect.
